The editorial brief
Northbrook Change Brief is an independent editorial platform examining organizational change and project management in corporate cases in Canada. We publish within the Corporate Case Review editorial cluster, with specific focus on how organizations document, communicate, and manage significant change initiatives and project governance.
Our editorial interest is in the documentary record that organizational change and project management activity produces: project charters, status reports, governance minutes, stakeholder communications, post-implementation reviews, and similar materials. We treat these documents as primary sources for independent editorial case analysis.
What we do not do
